Biographies
Shanon Olsen
As a coach and facilitator, Shanon draws upon 15 years of experience, training, and mentoring in transformational education and a BA in Education and Curriculum Design. She forms powerful partnerships with clients by engaging her strengths of enthusiasm, creativity, and courageous, challenging conversations. Her coaching provides clients the opportunity to grow and foster what matters most to them, resulting in a dynamic and satisfying life, both personally and professionally.
Shanon brings a diverse background to leadership development and coaching. Her passion has been expressed through work as a facilitator in a nationally recognized welfare-to-work program; partnering on international leadership projects in Australia and Afghanistan; and the design and implementation of a youth leadership program, Rising Stars. Since then, Shanon has been successfully expanding her work within corporations and organizations by bringing fresh perspectives, compassion, and humor, resulting in extraordinary outcomes and sustainable change.
