Teddy Gardner
Teddy is an insightful coach whose partnership empowers others to embrace change as a transformative ally for personal and professional development. She is passionate about helping her clients access their own leadership strengths and wisdom as a resource for resolving challenges. Teddy's coaching fosters congruency between one's life work and matters of the heart. Her engaging style naturally inspires alignment with well-being and creative purpose.
With a background in rehabilitation counseling and over ten years in a thriving coaching practice, Teddy brings a diverse depth of experience to her individual coaching, group coaching, and leadership development training. Teddy is an adjunct faculty member at Marylhurst University in Portland, Oregon, where she is collaboratively developing a new coaching and leadership curriculum. She is a graduate of the Academy for Coach Training, holds a Master’s degree in education from George Washington University, and is an internationally certified professional coach.
