Turpin Mott
Turpin is a powerful facilitator and executive coach as a result of his diverse experience including Marine Corps service, management roles with large corporations, coach training, and leadership in personal development organizations. He offers leaders the opportunity to see how their personal experiences and beliefs shape the experiences of their companies and teams. Turpin empowers and supports executives and teams to create action plans for their professional and personal development. He has been described as a visionary, and his facilitation is transformational, creative, empowering, and eye-opening. His clients appreciate his authenticity, generous listening, and “compassion with an edge.”
Turpin is a decorated Marine Corps Veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm and a certified leader with Mankind Project International. In addition to being a co-founder of the Honor and Freedom Program for veterans returning from Iraqi and Afghanistan, Turpin has been developing and leading retreats for men and women since 1996.
