As an executive coach, trainer, and facilitator, Carol is bold, straightforward and passionate about producing high-performance results with teams and leaders. Since 1990 she has been bringing entrepreneurial and visionary principles to her consulting and coaching, focusing on leaders realizing and contributing their greatest gifts to their organizations. She is dedicated to providing professional leadership development that emphasizes living a balanced and fulfilled life as a means to extraordinary fiscal results.
Carol is adept at identifying system dynamics and their implication on the task at hand. With a whole systems approach to her work, she supports the leader’s development and partners with him or her to develop the organization. She holds a B.A. in Business and Organization Development and received her executive coaching certification from the Coach Training Institute.
