Erin Dorsey
With twenty years of experience in executive coaching and organizational development, Erin considers her mission as a coach to create a mutual exploration that instills a sense of optimism and boldness. She has built her success as a coach on three assets: a solid corporate background, organizational change expertise, and depth of experience in guiding clients to confront their most difficult challenges. Her work occurs in the context of a strategic partnership providing an objective, knowledgeable, and confidential sounding board.
Erin has a diverse background with extensive experience in executive coaching. She is a graduate of Strategic Life Coaching in Seattle and certified as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. Erin holds a BS in Speech, an MS in Communication Studies, and is midway through a PhD in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University, where she serves as Senior Lecturer of Communication Arts.
