Karen Lentz
Karen's organizational performance consulting is inspired by connections, insight, and the leadership that creates a little magic. She challenges clients to move past limiting beliefs, speak with authenticity, collaborate across inter- and intra- organizational boundaries, and commit to sustainable impact by anchoring change in culture.
Extensive experience in high tech sales and business development has honed Karen’s skill at keeping a close eye on the customer and on producing results. Complex organizational challenges continue to inspire her work in global leadership and management development, strategic planning, building effective teams, innovation, leading change, and performance management. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and has a Master’s in HR/Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
