We continue to provide executive coaching and team development to the entire executive team encouraging overall effectiveness and alignment. The Dede Henley Group provided coaching at the director level, which resulted in overall job satisfaction and expanded performance. We worked with Avista for nearly seven years in many different ways. We helped with team development for line and operations teams; we consulted to the Organizational Effectiveness team; we offered skill development in Human Resource’s transition to an HR Business Partner Model; we engaged over 200 leaders in a large group method for the creation of the organization’s vision and values. The Dede Henley Group was honored to provide executive coaching to the CEO and several members of the executive team. We supported the executive team with team development. We helped develop a five-year vision for the organization. Working with the Customer Support Division, we helped increase BC Hydro’s overall effectiveness with customers. The Dede Henley Group was instrumental in the development of their internal university, “DVU”. We designed the curriculum with a wide range of courses for frontline supervisors, managers, directors and vice presidents. Through a highly effective approach to increasing collaboration company-wide our team coaches provided intensive team coaching to over 500 teams across the US. This resulted in dramatic increases in teammate retention and increased patient health and well-being. Over the course of our seven-year consulting engagement we helped to shape a culture that is inspiring, engaging and effective. We continue to provide executive coaching at the Vice President and Director levels at DaVita. As DaVita’s partners, we are equally dedicated to their mission of being, “the partner, provider and employer of choice." We were invited to work with the top 50 women partners in a women’s leadership event. We introduced our ideas of leadership and authenticity for women. We provided our “Rising Stars” leadership development training for young mothers in transitional housing. We continue to provide executive coaching and team development to the entire executive team encouraging overall effectiveness and alignment. The Dede Henley Group provided executive coaching to the head of Global Organizational Development. We have provided women’s leadership development for the head of training and development. Through a three-year consulting engagement, we encouraged the articulation of a lofty goal: “Hassle Free Healthcare.” To support them in the achievement of this goal, we provided executive team consulting and coaching. Through various gatherings throughout the system we helped create alignment and engagement towards “Hassle Free Healthcare” with the directors, managers and front-line service providers. We were honored to support the launch of their women’s leadership initiative, “Women in Operations.” As we work together to address Microsoft’s stratification issue, we offer development for both men and women to develop skill in working together in more empowering ways. We are currently working with the Chairman and CEO in organization-wide consulting. We recently assessed NVA’s 109 hospitals to help identify areas of strength and development. We are working with the executive team to create alignment and focus for next steps in growing an organization that thrives. Dede was invited in as a keynote speaker to PeaceHealth’s annual leader conference. She spoke on “The Power of Collaboration.”
TDHG has worked numerous operations and staff teams to improve overall effectiveness and satisfaction, contributing to PSE’s being a “great place to work.” We have been instrumental in PSE’s leader development initiative, providing coaching to the CEO, the entire executive team, directors, managers and front-line supervisors. We are currently supporting culture change efforts through our consulting to several key functional areas. We have had the honor of providing executive coaching to several executives at REI and team coaching for the executive team. In addition, we consult to several staff and operations teams. As their partners, we are equally dedicated to their mission of “inspiring, educating and outfitting for a lifetime of outdoor adventure and stewardship." We had the privilege of offering our “Rising Stars” program to SGS for the seventh grade class. This program is now a part of the leadership curriculum. The Dede Henley Group provided executive coaching to a number of Seattle University executives, including the Provost and Chief Legal Counsel. We consulted to the executive team to help create alignment towards their vision and mission. We offered women’s leadership development for women leaders from various departments. We have the privilege of providing coaching for the President. As part of Vancity’s Leadership Team initiative, we provided team development to several leadership teams over the course of four years. We supported leaders in increasing their skill, abilities, and roles. Five years later, the leaders exhibit clear managerial leadership and effective accountability. We continue to encourage teams at Vancity. The Dede Henley Group has been honored to provide executive coaching to several key leaders in the organization, helping them to deliver to the world the 2010 Winter Olympics. Dede was invited to be a keynote speaker at the Employment Security Division’s Leadership Conference in 2007. To anchor learnings, we provided team coaching to several teams following the conference. In addition, we provided team development for the Commissioner and her senior leadership team. We have supported women leaders at Weyerhaeuser over the past several years, including keynote events and executive coaching. |
