Essential Leadership Coaching
A full year of one-on-one coaching allows leaders to focus on what is most relevant and important in their leadership. An executive coach works with a client for five face-to-face days over a twelve-month period, using telephone or email between sessions. Confidential input is gathered via a 360-degree assessment both before the coaching begins and at the end of a year to help focus and personalize sessions.
