Men’s Leadership Curriculum
Leading with Intention: This unique leadership series is designed for male leaders committed to transformation. Leading with Intention challenges men to examine their impact on employees, co-workers, supervisors and family. Working in a group of peers, participants experience how their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual literacy expands or contracts opportunities for others. The inquiry helps participants discover parts of themselves that have been set down or moved past, including what each man is passionate about, what he most wants, and what gets in the way. A deep exploration of the paradigms of leadership includes ways of leading both consciously and unconsciously. Participants leave with clarity about their truest commitments, vision, and leadership accountabilities.
