Designed for male leaders who have completed Leading with Intention and female leaders who have completed Women Leading Women, this course encourages the next level of organizational contribution—true collaboration. We focus on barriers to men and women working effectively together, such as biases and stereotypes. Participants develop mastery in engaging healthy debate. They increase their willingness and ability to bring all of who they are to work. They develop a powerful relationship to accountability, integrity and responsibility. And most importantly, they create teams and relationships of trust and effectiveness.

Organization Assessment
From time to time, it is wise to assess the overall state of your organization. Our team is able to facilitate an efficient and effective overall organization analysis that allows you to determine important next steps. We help you understand more about leadership effectiveness, alignment of vision and purpose, culture, critical relationships, and the soundness of systems and structures. We do this through personal interviews with key leaders and focus groups of employees, customers, and stakeholders. We launch a confidential on-line survey that is custom-designed for the specifics of your organization. From this data, we provide a summary report of key areas to the leadership team.
